CosmicExpress, week of 10 June

Posted on Jun 10th, 2007 by Tom Sidebottom : Concrescence Enabler Tom Sidebottom
We’re looking at the week beginning 10 June 2007. The Moon is New on the 14th. It’s time to release those things you no longer need to prepare for the next lunar cycle. After the 14th, start the projects you want to achieve over the next lunar month.

Theme transits this week: While Saturn continues to oppose Neptune, there’s less involvement with other planets to cause us trouble. Just keep in mind that Saturn wants structure while Neptune wants to eliminate it. The combination is always problematic: a push-pull between wanting stability and wanting freedom.

The Sun moves from our week-long contact with Jupiter last week to an opposition with Pluto beginning mid-week. Pluto adds intensity and drive to work, with a touch of obsession that pervades everything that happens this week. Be aware of possible power-plays and control issues, and avoid confrontations: there’s a good chance for nasty escalations in conflicts this week.

The Sun sextiles Mars and Saturn for the entire week; this is the remnants of last week’s positive Kite configuration. These sextiles provide needed physical support and increased energy. Take advantage by doing exercise and physical work, and after the New Moon push forward on your new projects.

On the 10th we start the week with last’s week’s Kite beginning to fade. It’s a great time to relax and recuperate as the Moon conjoins Mars and trines Saturn and Jupiter. Inner work, philosophy and meditation are advantageous.

11 Jun:  The Moon squares Venus today. It’s an excellent time to book activities with those you love. Spend some time enjoying art.

12 Jun:  The Moon forms a T-Square with Saturn and Neptune today. This is the challenge we’ve been experiencing twice a month for the last few months. It creates emotional uncertainty and conflict with the potential of depression. This is probably the most challenging day of the week emotionally, so keep your perspective.

13 Jun: The Moon sextiles Venus today, giving us a time for emotional relaxation and rest.

14 Jun: The Moon is New today, and forms  a T-Square with Jupiter and Uranus. This is a high energy time emotionally with an injection of unexpected events that can create nervous tension. If you’re prepared, though, there’s the chance for real gain, possibly through speculation.

15 Jun:  The Moon moves on to oppose Pluto today, along with the Sun. There’s the real chance for power plays and control issues to surface. On the upside, intense energy can help us burn through problems we’ve been resisting.

16 Jun: The Moon closes the week by conjoining Mercury. This can produce excellent communications, so reach out to friends and family and have a chance for a real talk.

CosmicExpress, week of 17 June

Posted on Jun 16th, 2007 by Tom Sidebottom : Concrescence Enabler Tom Sidebottom
We’re looking at the week beginning 17 June 2007. The Moon forms the First Quarter on the 22nd. With the Full Moon behind us we should launch into our new projects for this lunar cycle. Prepare to evaluate your progress around the time of the First Quarter and make any needed mid-course corrections.

Theme transits this week: Saturn continues to oppose Neptune, and toward the end of the week Venus conjoins Saturn. Saturn wants structure while Neptune wants to eliminate it. The combination is always problematic: a push-pull between wanting stability and wanting freedom. Combined with Venus, Saturn asks us to define our love relationships - to examine them critically. Venus opposed Neptune, on the other hand, wants a dreamy, illusory love that’s mostly fantasy. Combining the two energies can create mis-communication and hurt feelings. Keep your perspective - this contact continues into the following week.

The Sun continues to oppose Pluto beginning all week. Pluto adds intensity and drive to work, with a touch of obsession that pervades everything that happens this week. Be aware of possible power-plays and control issues, and avoid confrontations: there’s a good chance for nasty escalations in conflicts this week.

The Sun sextiles Mars and Saturn at the beginning of the week. These sextiles provide needed physical support and increased energy. Take advantage by doing exercise and physical work.

On the 17th we start the week with the Moon squaring Mars. This can warm emotional relationships - or cause emotional conflicts to flare. Keep your balance and enjoy the day.

18 Jun:  The Moon conjoins Venus and Saturn Venus today. With the Saturn / Neptune opposition the day can be a roller-coaster emotionally. Stay in balance emotionally. Careful analysis of your emotional involvements can be helpful to plan your future course.

19 Jun:  The Moon continues to conjoin Saturn and to oppose Neptune today. This is the challenge we’ve been experiencing twice a month for the last few months. It creates emotional uncertainty and conflict with the potential of depression. The Moon does, however, complete a Kite with the Sun, Mars, and Jupiter. There is the possibility for real progress in understanding difficult emotional matters. Meditation can be helpful.

20 Jun: The Moon squares Jupiter today, which opens us emotionally and takes some of the week-long emotional pressure off.

21 Jun: The Moon opposes Uranus today. This is a high energy time emotionally with an injection of unexpected events that can create nervous tension.

22 Jun:  The Moon forms the First Quarter today as it completes a T-Square with the Sun and Pluto. There’s the real chance for power plays and control issues to surface. On the upside, intense energy can help us burn through problems we’ve been resisting.

23 Jun: The Moon closes the week by squaring Mercury. This can produce excellent communications, but a potential for conflict or argument also exists.

CosmicExpress, week of 24 June

Posted on Jun 23rd, 2007 by Tom Sidebottom : Concrescence Enabler Tom Sidebottom
We’re looking at the week beginning 24 June 2007. The Moon is Full on the 30th. Press on with your projects and begin to harvest the work of your labors after the Moon is Full.

Theme transits this week: Saturn continues to oppose Neptune, and Venus conjoins Saturn and opposes Neptune all week. Combining the two energies can create miscommunication and hurt feelings. Keep your perspective all week!

The Sun sextiles Mars all week, providing  physical support and increased energy. Take advantage by doing exercise and physical work.

Mercury is retrograde all this week. It’s a better time to work on finishing old projects than on launching into new ones. Communication may falter or misunderstandings arise. Work hard to be clear and precise in your contacts with others, and be on the lookout for how you may be reading others inaccurately.

On the 24th we start the week with the Moon opposing Mars. This can warm emotional relationships - or cause emotional conflicts to flare. Keep your balance and enjoy the day. The advantage is that the Moon trines Neptune and sextiles Saturn: take advantage by spending time alone in meditation to get insight on how best to proceed.

25 Jun:  The Moon trines the Sun and Mercury today, which warms us up and eases communication issues. Spend time with those you love today.

26 Jun:  The Moon forms a T-Square with Saturn and Neptune today. This is the challenge we’ve been experiencing twice a month for the last few months. It creates emotional uncertainty and conflict with the potential of depression. Meditation can be helpful.

27 Jun: The Moon approaches the conjunction with Jupiter today, which opens us emotionally and takes some of the week-long emotional pressure off.

28 Jun
: The Moon continues to conjoin Jupiter and Pluto, and squares Uranus today. This is a high energy time emotionally with an injection of unexpected events that can create nervous tension. Speculation can be profitable.

29 Jun
:  The Moon continues to conjoin Pluto. There’s the real chance for power plays and control issues to surface. On the upside, intense energy can help us burn through problems we’ve been resisting.

30 Jun: The Moon closes the week with the Full Moon and an opposition to Mercury. This can produce excellent communications, but a potential for conflict or argument also exists. It’s time to switch from expanding your project involvements to beginning to harvest the rewards of your work over the past two weeks.

CosmicExpress, week of 1 July

Posted on Jun 30th, 2007 by Tom Sidebottom : Concrescence Enabler Tom Sidebottom
We’re looking at the week beginning 1 July 2007. The Moon forms the Third Quarter on the 7th. Turn your emphasis to harvest the results of your good work over the past two weeks.

Theme transits this week: We have much the same situation as last week. Saturn continues to oppose Neptune, and Venus conjoins Saturn and opposes Neptune all week. Combining the two energies can create miscommunication and hurt feelings. Keep your perspective all week! By the week’s end Venus begins to separate from Saturn and Neptune, so next week should be easier in relationship.

At week’s end Mercury opposes Pluto as it did some weeks ago, providing a push to intense intellectual activity and probing research. It can also cause problems in communications as power issues arise and color negotiations. Again, keep your perspective!

On the 1st we start the week with the Moon sextiling Uranus: just a bit of emotional spark and a twist of the new to keep us from getting bored with life. Enjoy a bit of fun with friends and family.

2 Jul:
The Moon squares Mars today, which fires up real emotional energy. Avoid the potential for argument and conflict and enjoy the emotional warmth that this energy can afford us. A sextile to Jupiter should keep us mostly out of trouble!

3 Jul:  The Moon conjoins Neptune and opposes Venus and Saturn today. This is a too-familiar challenge from the past few months. It creates emotional uncertainty and conflict with the potential of depression. Meditation can be helpful. Avoid negotiating business dealings today because of the potential for miscommunication and ill-will.

4 Jul: The Moon moves into a trine to the Sun and a sextile to Mars: welcome relief from the emotional baggage of the past few days. Relax and enjoy time with friends and family.

5 Jul: The Moon conjoins Uranus, squares Jupiter, and continues its trine to the Sun today.  This is a high energy time emotionally with an injection of unexpected events that can create nervous tension. Speculation can be profitable.

6 Jul:  The Moon forms a T-Square with Mercury and  Pluto. There’s the real chance for power plays and control issues to surface; avoid being pulled into politically charged discussions. On the upside, intense energy can help us burn through problems we’ve been resisting. Just don’t come on too strong with your partner or family members!

7 Jul: The Moon closes the week with the Third Quarter. It’s time now to assess what you’re ready to release in the next week, and where you want to move in the next lunar cycle.

CosmicExpress, week of 3 June

Posted on Jun 3rd, 2007 by Tom Sidebottom : Concrescence Enabler Tom Sidebottom
We’re looking at the week beginning 3 June 2007. The Moon forms the Third Quarter on the 8th. It’s now time to harvest the good work you’ve been doing this lunar cycle. After the Third Quarter, shift your emphasis to release those things you are ready to release in preparation for the next lunar cycle.

A wonderful, long-lasting transit begins by mid-week: the Sun / Jupiter opposition also forms a Kite with Mars, Jupiter, and Saturn. This is a time time of heightened, positive physical energy and expansion. This is a time for physical growth and development, and can mark a time for positive leadership. Potential problems that may arise include acting in an arrogant way with others which precipitates negative backlashes. Take advantage of the extremely positive energies during the end of this week by stepping into your new goals. Take a symbolic action to prime the pump, hold your end goal in mind, and get moving!

At the same time, the Sun / Jupiter / Uranus T-Square continues all week. Jupiter continues to expand the cosmic roller-coaster, and provides the spark to expand into the new. It’s a great time to explore radical new thinking, new creative approaches, and new modes of communication. Speculation may be fruitful. This is a very important configuration, and we all must take advantage of it during this week.

On the 3rd we start the week with the Moon squaring Mars. This can warm emotional energies but can also foster argument and conflict. If you keep your perspective you can enjoy yourself.

4 Jun: The Moon opposes Venus today. It’s an excellent time to book activities with those you love. Spend some time enjoying art.

5 Jun: The Moon completes a Mystic Rectangle today with the Sun, Jupiter, and Saturn. This, combined with the incredibly positive Kite configuration we considered as a weekly theme, make this a prime day for moving to make your plans real. It’s important today to take a symbolic action: the Universe responds to us when we make a step in the direction we want to move.

6 Jun: The Moon conjoins Neptune today, opposing Saturn today. This is the challenge we’ve been experiencing twice a month for the last few months. This time, it’s different, because the Moon sextiles Mars and Pluto. Emotionally today may be the most challenging day of the week, but there are excellent prospects for advancement as well. Keep your perspective and prosper!

7 Jun: The Moon trines Mercury today and prepares to move to the Third Quarter. It’s a day for positive communications.

8 Jun: The Moon moves on to the Third Quarter and to form a T-Square with the Sun, Jupiter, and Uranus. Pluto. Emotional can be intense, and there’s the possibility of excessive nervous tension. Keep your cool, and avoid exerting undue pressure on others. The upsides are great: real energy and zest for life, and the possibility to break through restrictions you’ve been feeling.

9 Jun: The Moon closes the week by squaring Mercury. This can produce tense communications, but the bulk of the chart’s energy is so positive that we should be able to take advantage of the stress on communication to prosper.
