CosmicExpress, week of 1 June

Posted on Jun 1st, 2008 by Tom Sidebottom : Concrescence Enabler Tom Sidebottom
We’re looking at the week beginning 1 June 2008. The Moon is New on the 3rd. Until that point, focus on releasing things you no longer need for your future work. After the New Moon, launch into your new work for the upcoming lunar cycle.

Theme transits this week
: Mercury moves from its square to Uranus by midweek. The intellectual energy we’ve felt the past few weeks will begin to subside - and the nervous tension should also lessen.

What replaces Mercury is a square between the Sun and Venus to Uranus - so don’t expect all the excitement to fade! Sun and Uranus describe an iconoclastic approach to life: one that focuses on the novel, the technological, and the revolutionary. Venus and Uranus create romantic and artistic excitement. If you’re an artist, use this time to expand your work. If you’re in relationship, explore new ways of being with your partner. If you’re not coupled, reach out and explore new social venues. Embrace the new!

The week’s net: We leave our reserve of the past few weeks and embrace the new and the innovative. There’ll be some amount of tension if we let ourselves be swept completely into a multitude of stimulation. This is a good time to get things moving, though. Enjoy!

On the 1st we start the week with the Moon squaring Mars. This warms emotions and energizes relationships - and can promote argument with those you love. Enjoy the time, and play down controversies.

2 June
:  The Moon squares Saturn and Neptune today. Saturn wants the Moon to define emotional relationships, and to get moving with fulfilling duties to other. Neptune wants the Moon to fade into mystical union. The combination isn’t an easy one. Expect some emotional upset and the possibility of depression. Keep your perspective: this lasts one day.

3 June: The Moon is New today, and it kicks off the week’s theme transit: the combination of the Sun, Venus, and Uranus. Emotions flow fast and easily today - and there may be unexpected emotional matters to address. Build into your schedule some downtime to process the electrical shock of the new that Uranus injects into our emotional life.

4 June: The Moon opposes Pluto today. Emotions shift to a more intense, obsessive mode. Avoid conflict with those you’re close to. Power plays and control issues will likely surface.

5 June: The Moon is quiet today.

6 June
:  The Moon opposes Jupiter today, which opens and balances us emotionally. Relax a bit, don’t indulge too much, and enjoy yourself after a tough past few days.

7 June: The Moon conjoins Mars and opposes Neptune today - an interesting, paradoxical combination. Mars warms emotions and makes us emotionally expressive - even argumentative. Moon and Neptune want to relax into reverie. Expect some conflicting energies and demands: some wanting lots of energetic input, while you may want to relax and escape.

CosmicExpress, week of 8 June

Posted on Jun 8th, 2008 by Tom Sidebottom : Concrescence Enabler Tom Sidebottom
We’re looking at the week beginning 8 June 2008. The Moon forms the First Quarter on the 10th. Evaluate your progress in this lunar cycle, make adjustments, and take advantage of the powerful transits we enjoy this week.

Theme transits this week
: Venus and the Sun continue to square Uranus all week.

The Sun and Venus also oppose Pluto by week’s end. This is a highly dynamic configuration that can open real opportunities for business and for achievement - and for passionate relationships. The major issue is to avoid attempting to control others: Pluto always has a hidden desire for power that complicates relationships.

Mars opposes Neptune by week’s end. Mars is physical energy and drive, while Neptune is the spiritual. The combination isn’t supportive, except in one way: this is a great time to give to and to support others. Mars and Neptune represent action in benefit to others.

The week’s net: We continue embrace the new and the innovative. There’ll be some amount of tension if we let ourselves be swept completely into a multitude of stimulation. Spend time doing work for others, and prepare for a jump-start on goals and accomplishments.

On the 8th we start the week with the Moon opposing Neptune. After the uptick in emotional energy from yesterday, today we enter a more relaxed, spiritually aware period. Communications may suffer in clarity, though.

9 June:  The Moon conjoins Saturn today. Saturn wants the Moon to define emotional relationships, and to get moving with fulfilling duties to others. Expect the possibility of depression. Keep your perspective: this lasts one day.

10 June: The Moon forms the First Quarter today, and it forms a powerfully energetic T-Square with Uranus, the Sun, Venus, and Mercury. This is an excellent time to explore novel approaches to work; with the trine to Neptune and a sextile to Mars, this may be even a good time to push work into physical manifestation. Open to breakthroughs and radical ideas. Emotions flow fast and easily today - and there may be unexpected emotional matters to address. Build into your schedule some downtime to process the electrical shock of the new that Uranus injects into our emotional life.

11 June: The Moon squares Pluto today. Emotions shift to a more intense, obsessive mode. Avoid conflict with those you’re close to. Power plays and control issues will likely surface.

12 June: The Moon squares Jupiter, and forms a most unusual five-sided configuration with Mars, the Sun, Venus, Uranus, and Jupiter. There’s also a Kite relating Mars and Neptune into the fray. This is a superb chance for innovative approaches, and for emotional support from family and coworkers. The trick is to combine emotional support and richness with radically new ways to approach your life.

13 June:  The Moon continues a stellar set of configurations with another Kite involving Pluto, the Sun, Venus, and Neptune. This should continue yesterday’s innovations, focusing more on spiritual connections, and on subtle attempts to control others.

14 June: The Moon closes the week quiet, but the other planets are heavily involved with the powerful aspects of the week. Use this time to push forward in your work and plans.

CosmicExpress: Week of 15 June

Posted on Jun 15th, 2008 by Tom Sidebottom : Concrescence Enabler Tom Sidebottom
We’re looking at the week beginning 15 June 2008. The Moon is Full on the 18th. Until then, press forward with your projects. Reassess on the 18th and begin to harvest your achievements for the lunar cycle.

Theme transits this week: We continue with two powerhouse oppositions all week. The first is the Sun and Venus opposing Pluto. This is a highly dynamic configuration that can open real opportunities for business and for achievement - and for passionate relationships. The major issue is to avoid attempting to control others: Pluto always has a hidden desire for power that complicates relationships.

The second opposition is Mars opposes Neptune by week’s end. Mars is physical energy and drive, while Neptune is the spiritual. The combination isn’t supportive, except in one way: this is a great time to give to and to support others. Mars and Neptune represent action in benefit to others.

These two oppositions are roughly sextile and trine to each other. It’s not quite a Mystic Rectangle, but we still gain benefit from the Sun and Venus trining Neptune, and Saturn trining Pluto. These harmoniously blend our relationships and goals with our spiritual nature, and link our quest for stability with transformative power. Take advantage of this incredible energy by re-committing yourself to your goals and keeping with your program for success.

The week’s net: Spend time doing work for others, and prepare for a jump-start on goals and accomplishments.

On the 15th we start the week with a tough T-Square with the Moon squaring Mars and Neptune. Mars warms our emotions, but Neptune wants a more relaxed, spiritually aware period. Communications may suffer in clarity, and it can be tough to get things done.

16 June:  The Moon squares Saturn today. Saturn wants the Moon to define emotional relationships, and to get moving with fulfilling duties to others. Expect the possibility of depression. Keep your perspective: this lasts one day.

17 June: The Moon opposes Mercury today. This adds an emotional flavor to our communications with others, and injects moodiness into our thinking.

18 June: The Moon conjoins Pluto today, while it forms a dramatic T-Square with the Sun (Full Moon), Venus, and Uranus. Emotions shift to a more intense, obsessive mode. Avoid conflict with those you’re close to. Power plays and control issues will likely surface. This is an excellent time to explore novel approaches to work; with the sextile to Neptune and a trine to Mars, this may be even a good time to push work into physical manifestation. Open to breakthroughs and radical ideas. Emotions flow fast and easily today - and there may be unexpected emotional matters to address. Build into your schedule some downtime to process the electrical shock of the new that Uranus injects into our emotional life.

19 June: The Moon trines Saturn today, grounding and stabilizing our emotions.

20 June:  The Moon conjoins Jupiter, and sextiles Uranus. This is a superb chance for innovative approaches, and for emotional support from family and coworkers. Work to combine emotional support and richness with radically new ways to approach your life.

21 June: The Moon closes the week quietly. Take a breather and enjoy your time!
